HEAD HONCHO
The general manager is the energy and pulse of the operation and puts TTT’s core values into action. The head honcho will manage all aspects of customer service and play an integral role in the operations of both the store and truck. This position specifically oversees staffing, ordering, facility maintenance, costs, daily, weekly and monthly P&L accounting reports, budgets and payroll. Close

TACOS WITH A SMILE
The service manager is responsible for ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable customer experience with TTT. This includes all interactions over the phone, in-person or at a private event with our catering team. The service manager will focus on developing co-workers to provide exceptional service in a comfortable atmosphere. Close

TACO GURU
The kitchen manager is responsible for bringing in the freshest all-natural ingredients from TTT purveyors. The taco guru will monitor quality, consistency and taste of all recipes, menu items and products. The kitchen manager will be responsible to manage, review, set and adhere to projected costs and revenues. Close

THE FACE OF TTT
The taco attendant is responsible for processing all guest’s orders and inquiries. The taco attendant will take orders from guests ordering in person, online and over the phone. The taco attendant needs to be extremely knowledgeable of the TTT menu descriptions, ingredients, cooking methods and potential allergies. The taco attendant must be able to make suggestions, give alternatives and recommend specific menu items. They will follow up and coordinate the flow of all guest orders: eat-in, take-out and delivery. It is also the responsibility of the taco attendant to maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the dining room, counter areas and bathroom. Close

THE TASTE OF TTT
The taco technician is responsible for executing all recipes up to TTT standards. The taco technician will prepare, maintain, store and cook all ingredients for the menu. They will execute all menu items to order and package them according to dine-in or take out standards. This position will play a key role in consistency and quality of each menu item. The taco technician is responsible for sanitation and cleanliness of their station and designated kitchen areas. This position requires attention to detail and an ability to excel in a fast paced environment. Close

TACO DRIVER
The driver is responsible for all TTT deliveries. They are the face on the road for TTT, which means they will work efficiently and effectively to ensure every guest’s home or business receives delicious tacos in a timely manner. When they are not on the road, they will pack and organize take-out and delivery orders in addition to maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room. Close
